What this site is for
carphedon.com is an independent Panacea Bio Chem science-communications platform about phenylpiracetam — carphedon, fonturacetam, Phenotropil — and the literature around it. It exists because the public conversation about this molecule is dominated by vendor marketing, by a cosmonaut legend that outruns its documentation, and by mechanism claims copied between sites without a primary source. The remedy is a readable, sourced, null-inclusive account.
The site is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any pharmaceutical manufacturer, pharmacy, supplement vendor or anti-doping organisation. It sells nothing, recommends nothing, and supplies nothing. Panacea Bio Chem does not make, sell or distribute phenylpiracetam. Questions about any medicine belong with a qualified clinician who knows the full clinical picture.

The evidence boundaries this site keeps
Every scientific claim traces to the references library: peer-reviewed literature via PubMed, the WADA Prohibited List consulted live, PubChem, and primary news and IOC records — all verified on 2026-08-15. Evidence classes are stated per citation; null and unfavourable results are displayed at the same prominence as favourable ones; claims the verification pass could not confirm appear only in the not-known lists, labelled.
Where Panacea Bio Chem’s own research is mentioned — synthesis discipline and molecular preservation science — it is presented as ongoing and exploratory, and it is never merged with the published clinical literature. No Panacea product contains phenylpiracetam, no Panacea programme studies it clinically, and no Panacea result in this area exists or is claimed.
Privacy notice
This site is a static scientific publication. It sets no marketing cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. A cookieless, Do-Not-Track-honouring statistics beacon counts page views, time-on-page, scroll depth, first pointer activity and outbound-link destination hosts for Panacea Bio Chem’s own aggregate usage statistics; it stores no personal profiles.
The collector keeps no IP addresses: it stores a daily-rotating salted hash of the visitor IP, so unique visitors can be counted within a day but no visitor can be tracked across days. Logs live outside the webroot, nothing is sold or shared, and the beacon sends nothing at all when the browser’s Do Not Track signal is set.
